The fiveaday product is as a result of many months of research into nutrition. The purpose of the fiveaday is to encourage a healthy diet with at least 5 or more fruit and vegetables each day. At the beginning of the day you lay out your fruit into the beech wood dishes, at the end of the day you are left with a visual reminder of how much you've eaten. Make yourself a fresh fruit salad or delicious smoothie with the remaining portions, to ensure that you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
