young design programme
The young design programme is run by the Sorrell Foundation that aims to promote design within schools for the benefit of schools.
Our team consisted of 3 garden designers and 3 product designers. Our clients were a class of 13 year old pupils from Sir James Smith School in Camelford, North Cornwall. We had some excellent help from our mentor Mr Mike Woods of Tangarine.
The brief was to improve the ineffective lunchtime seating arrangements for the school, and to beautify the outside space.
